Thousands of gamers signed the petition, demanding to put the character in Mario on ... the periodic table

Waluigi, Luigi's archenemy, has been hated and despised by Nintendo players. However, as many years passed, society seemed to understand the suffering in villains, regarding the difficulties they had faced in the past. Not many gamers were angry, knowing that Waluigi was not included in Super Smash Bros Ultimate, one of Europe's best-selling games ever.

In order to make up for the "disadvantage" for the favorite character, Waluigi fans created a petition, asking for his name to be part of the periodic table.

Currently, the periodic table contains an element not named Element 119 or Ununennium (Uue). The goal of the petition is to put our Waluigi into an unknown element with the chosen name - Waluigium - and sign the Wa or Wl.

King Creeper, who created the petition currently directly on Change.org, posted this petition a month ago and found 500 supporters. But after the Reddit members entered, it now collected more than 2,500 signatures.

Although over time, the petition has attracted more support, but its ability to make scientists make a change is still very small.

On his side, the author King Creeper believes that changing the name of Unun century to Waluigium will provide proper feedback from Nintendo. Perhaps hoping that the company will put him in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in some way.
